Need a motorcycle in the next 24 hours?  Please e-mail or call us at (916) 304-2767. We often have bikes ready to go even if our booking calendar shows them as unavailable.  Call us for bike availability.

A current motorcycle license or endorsement is required, a permit will NOT suffice. A motorcycle license is not required for dirt bike rentals. If you motorcycle license or endorsement has any limitations on the size or type of the motorcycle, you may only rent a motorcycle of the size and type covered by your license/endorsement.

Unfortunately, no. Our insurance company only allows us to rent motorcycles to individuals who already have a motorcycle license or endorsement.

Yes, for any street legal bike you must be 21 years or older at the time of rental. Dirt bike rentals are permitted for anyone 18 years of age or older.

Yes we do, extra helmets are $7.50 per day, jackets are $10 per day and gloves are $3 per day.
We also offer Ram-Mounts on most bikes for $5 per day. Top cases available on certain bikes at $5 per day.

Safety is our primary concern, we offer only DOT rated helmets and gloves. Our jackets may vary but are typically armored textile jackets. At this time, we do not offer riding pants or boots.

No there is not, HOWEVER, they must meet our rental policy requirements.

No, however ANYONE who travels on the motorcycle MUST sign our Release of Liability forms as well. 

You will call us and we will work to get you towed to a local repair shop.

We will arrange for the motorcycle be repaired at no cost to you, provided the mechanical failure was not due to rider error or negligence.

We would be happy to provide you with information and hints on places of interest and routes.

We do.  Military, Police and Fire personnel receive a 5% discount.  Lengths of rental discounts are also listed on our motorcycle description pages with a breakdown of rental rates.  Seasonal rates may also apply and there are no additional taxes and fees.

Yes, please visit our individual motorcycle pages for motorcycle descriptions and equipment availability. 

CA State mandatory liability insurance is required; it is $18 for the first day and $15 per day thereafter.  It includes California state minimums of liability ($15,000/$30,000), as well as comprehensive and collision. The deductible in the event you need to make a claim is $1500. For an additional $5.95/day, you can increase the liability limits to $300,000. There are other coverages available for medical payments and personal effects. Contact us for further details. In addition, for an additional $30/day you can add our Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), which reduces your out of pocket liability to SMR for any damage to the bike to $0 in the event of any damage to the motorcycle.

Please note:  We do not offer our LDW program for off road motorcycles.

An orientation will be completed including a thorough damage and safety inspection, as well as instructions on features, engine starting and cutoff procedures, location of controls and operation of saddle bags where fitted, 

Be sure to ask as many questions as you need to feel 100% comfortable and confident with your motorcycle before you start your journey.

Our hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, but weekend appointments are almost always available (subject to staff availability).  We can also do before and after hours pick ups and drop offs in most cases – again, subject to staff availability. We work to accommodate your schedule whenever possible no matter the day or time.

We try to accommodate fly in customers whenever possible.  For Renters over 5 days, we will reimburse your Uber or Lyft upon proof of receipt.

Yes, we will secure your luggage at our facility while you’re on the road.

To Canada yes, but unfortunately our insurance prevents us renting into Mexico.
